Data we use

Customer name, phone number and the customer's trade account data with us (invoices, receipts, balance), and messages the customer sends to our WhatsApp customer-service number.

Purpose

To send transaction notices and account statements to the customer and to answer balance and transaction inquiries. We do not send marketing messages without consent, and we do not sell or share personal data with third parties other than our messaging provider (Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform) solely to deliver messages.

Storage and security

Data is stored on our own servers and accessed only by authorized staff. Message logs are kept as long as needed for accounting purposes.

Your rights

Customers may stop notifications at any time by sending STOP (إيقاف) or by contacting us, and may request correction or deletion of their data.
